Nebraska AG sues truck manufacturers over Clean Truck Partnership with CARB
After a lawsuit challenging California's Advanced Clean Fleets regulation earlier this year, Nebraska's AG has set his sights on the OEMs and their "Clean Truck Partnership" with CARB. ATA also called on the manufacturers to abandon their California deal.
